We are looking for a hero candidate to help us respond to our customer inquiries with technical support and advice. We are a small and enthusiastic team. In need of extra hands to handle field installations, remote support, workshop demos, customer training etc.

Training will be provided.

While working closely with our lead engineer, a broad range of skill would be included in the program, including 3D printers operation, repair, service and maintenance routines, alongside IT and network related trouble-shooting and solutions.

Skills required: 

-  A technical Interest and preferably experience in engineering work, mechanical, electronics, network/IT

- Excellent communication skills are vital

- Fluent speaking and writing in English

- A clean driving license - essential

- Honest & trustworthy

- Independent and a good team member

- Polite, patient and hard-working

- Driven and motivated

- Vital to the surroundings with a desire to learn and succeed.

Qualifications Required:

- Good understanding of electricity and mechanical engineering

- Experience in technical support by phone, email and on-site would be an advantage

Important Other Information:

- This job post is for a combination of office/workshop and field work

- It would be expected that you take part in trade fairs / exhibitions, help with event setup and support the team during the show.
