The client has over 20 years’ experience as a holiday company and their employees return year after year. They offer high quality activity holidays.
Job Description
You will ensure that a consistent, high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all of the hotel areas under the responsibility of housekeeping and to keep within budget guidelines. You will continually build and motivate your team to achieve results and constantly review operating procedures and expenditure in order to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Work closely with the hotel manager to ensure the hotel is maintained to the agreed standards of cleanliness in all guest rooms, public areas and other areas as specified
To be approachable and friendly at all times to guests helping to maintain a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere in the hotel
Ensure high standard are maintained and the hotel has the appropriate stock levels. Maintain/monitor the stock levels and cleaning of all hotel linen, uniforms and bed stock
Constantly monitor results , work practices, standards and budgets
Train your staff on the correct use of all machinery/chemicals
Ensure the appropriate staffing levels are maintained in line with hotel occupancy and follow all legal obligations relating to staff and working hours    
Investigate and recommend any changes to work practices
Ensure all H&S (BHP) and HACCP (Hazardous materials) guidelines are ***
Develop positive working relationships within all the teams
Demonstrate an excellent overall knowledge of Neilson products to our guests

You must have a UK contact address and a National Insurance number
Qualifications and experience required:
·  Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
·  Experience in Housekeeping Supervisor or Head Housekeeper role.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
· Good knowledge of HK operations and use of machinery, chemicals, HACCP and H&S
. Ability to display constant high levels of standards and service
. To be a positive and effective communicator within the team and with guests
. To be flexible with working hours and willing to assist in all areas of the operation
Personal qualities:
·  Hard working, self-motivated and work well under pressure
·  Well organised, punctual and flexible
·  Hard working and honest
·  Enjoy contact and conversing with a range of guests

Salary £1167 gross a month 35 hours a week (apprx £1070 net) + Time off in Lieu or Overtime paid 1x -  Accommodation separate room and bathroom +3 Meals a day + Return flights from the UK + Training + Bar Discount + Family & Friends Discounts - End of Season Performance Bonus £50
