Continuing growth in the UK market means there is an exciting opportunity for a Polish/English speaking UK resident to join our organisation as a customer service administrator. The successful candidate should initially be prepared to work from home until our organisation grows and ideally live in the Liverpool or Manchester regions which will be close to our main warehouse based in Liverpool. Knowledge of Russian written and spoken, will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will need to fulfil the following criteria:

• Experience in customer service & logistics (preferably in the Construction Industry) to service and converse with customers in the UK, Poland and other European customers as well as coordinate the logistic functions between UK, Poland and New Zealand.

• Support the vision of our New Zealand company to provide UK, European homeowners and distribution channels with the very best New Zealand roofing systems. The duties include; timely ordering, shipping, invoicing, receipting and collection of debts, providing administrative support as required and working with the UK National Sales Manager and the European Technical/Sales Manager. This is a small team requiring flexibility to pick up new tasks that assist the overall team function.

• The computer systems used for logistics and operations is the Greentree, 3-tier program so the successful candidate should be capable of quickly grasping the systems together with our CRM system.

• Other requirements will be a valid driving licence as visits to the Liverpool warehouse will be expected.
