Kudos Delivered are one of London’s most creative caterers and event services for events, weddings, contract catering at venues and daily office deliveries. The Company has been around for over 40 years and is also part of a larger Partnership.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for achieving targeted levels of sales for Kudos Delivered through key account management, conversion of incoming enquiries and proactive sales with new opportunities.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Business Development Executive with strong leadership skills and a good track recording spearheading a sales team within the Hospitality/Venue/Catering industry.

The Role

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

Handle incoming enquiries to ensure swift response and conversion.
Attend sales appointments, sold events to enhance client relationships, new business events and key clients’ events as required as client liaison and to oversee setups.
Maintain relationships with key accounts.
Work in conjunction with Vision team regarding social media, blogs, press releases, newsletters.
In conjunction with MP Development create and execute sales plan for KD.
Keep a current list of potential and current clients for entertainment.
Produce reports on achievement and activities.
Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of Kudos Delivered and all the Companies within the Partnership.
Demonstrate a full knowledge of all Crown Partnership selling points and benefits.
Be able to match appropriate products to clients’ requirements.
Effectively communicate the benefits of using Kudos Delivered and Crown Partnership to clients.
Keep abreast of competitor activity and products and recommend any necessary tactical action.
Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients on Company system.
Undertake all responsibilities with reference to Crown Partnership procedures.


The Person

The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
You will need to be an excellent communicator - both face to face and written - and be able to communicate with a wide range of people across at all levels.
Confident to use the office database.
Flexible within your work approach.
Be able to represent the Company in a professional manner all times.
High standards of personal presentation and telephone manner are also required.
